Return Policy

Because every keychain is custom-made to your approved design, all sales are final. Here’s exactly what that means — and the one safeguard that protects you.

All sales are final

Every Custom Boat Keychains order is custom-decorated and made to order to your specific artwork, boat names, wood, and specifications. For that reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is approved and in production. A custom-engraved keychain can’t be resold, so we can’t take it back the way a stock product can.

Our production guarantee

What we do guarantee is that your order arrives correct. If your keychains arrive defective, or they don’t match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected pieces at no charge. This is a production guarantee, not a return — it covers our workmanship and accuracy, not a change of mind.

To start a claim, email info@customboatkeychains.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Why the free mockup matters

The free mockup-and-approval step exists precisely so there are no surprises. Before anything is produced, you see a photo-real mockup of your exact design and approve it in writing. We revise it as many times as you need, at no cost, until it’s right. Because you sign off before production, the finished keychains match what you approved.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change quantity, wood, or artwork? Reach out as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before you approve the final mockup and production begins. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may not be possible because the materials are already being engraved to your specs.
