Shipping Policy

Every order is custom-made, so shipping timelines start once your design is approved. Here’s how it works.

Made-to-order production

All Custom Boat Keychains products are produced to order against your approved mockup. We do not ship from stock. Production typically takes about two weeks from the date you approve your design, though timelines vary by quantity, product, and season. Your quote will include an estimated production window for your specific order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, weight, and destination, and is confirmed with your quote before you pay. Because order sizes range from 50 pieces to many thousands, we price shipping per project rather than at a flat rate.

Transit and delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier, service level, and destination selected for your order. Transit estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once your order ships, we provide tracking so you can follow it to delivery.

Rush options

If you’re working toward a firm boat-show, event, or delivery date, ask about rush production and expedited shipping. We’ll tell you what’s realistically possible for your in-hand date before you commit.

Multiple destinations

We can split-ship a single order to multiple addresses — useful for multi-location dealers, marina groups, and distributed teams. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll quote it accordingly.

International shipping

We ship within the United States as standard and can arrange international shipping on request. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
